Are you anxious to get started with the first week of the detox your body and mind in 30 days program? I bet you are. But before doing that, I have a couple more videos to share with you. First off, as a reminder, if you have not done so already, print off the handouts that you will be using during this program. You will find them in the resources section of this program. I want to share with you what you will find in each of the following handouts.
These include the daily detox check in sheet, your healthy journey journal, your summary chart, the program benefits, your keys to Breaking Bad habits, your recipe guide, relaxation meditation, and the resource guide. So let's get started and take a look at each one of these in a little more detail. First of all the daily detox check in sheet. This daily check in includes a check in sheet for each of the 30 days of the program. Each day you will start your day with a glass of lemon water. This is a great natural way to start your daily detox.
You will record any vitamins or supplements you're taking for the day, your exercise and how many glasses of water you have drink. Other things that you will record in the check in is what time you ate each meal, the food you ate and the beverages you are drinking. Don't forget to record your snacks as well. Since this program is not just about detoxing the body, but also the mind. You will be recording what things did you do that day to promote self care stress relief along with the food physical and emotional wellness techniques that you have employed during that day. In the detox your body and mind in 30 days healthy journey journal, you will be recording very important information to track your progress.
It is sometimes hard to realize what you have achieved if you don't know where you started. In the healthy journey journal, you will be recording just what it says your healthy healing journey. You will begin by taking your body measurements along with your energy level and your exercise level. You will take the toxicity and inflammation quiz. You will complete this quiz at the beginning and again at the end of the program to assess your progress. Next, you will answer some key questions about your current perceptions of your health in 10 key areas questions you'll be wanting to ask yourself are what are your main health concerns?
How do you feel physically now? And how do you want to feel? How do you feel emotionally now? And how do you want to feel? Do you struggle with food cravings? If so, what are they?
Describe your energy level on a typical day. At what point in your life did you feel the best? What were you doing to take care of yourself during this time? How is your current sleep pattern? What do you want to see changed? Why did you join the program?
Why was now the right time to take control of your health? Then think about what your ideal life would look like? What would make your life perfect for you? Next, it is important to celebrate your successes, you will record these successes in your journal daily. This can improve your self esteem enhance your perception about how the lifestyle choices you're making are impacting your body in mind. You don't want to skip this step.
This exercise can help improve your long term success after the program's done. This is a way to reflect on what you have learned that week. Each week you will be tracking certain bad habits and replacing them with healthy positive lifestyle changes. The first week involves a total of five habit changes.
The recommended approach is to change one habit for each of the first five days and then spend the final two days of the week practicing all five habits and making sure they stick. However, you can be flexible with your approach and use any techniques that best allow you to master these five habits changes by At the end of the first week, but first it is important to understand why detoxing is important to the health of your body in mind.
