In this video, we're going to look at the six keys to Breaking Bad habits. The first one is eat organic Whole Foods. consuming a diet rich in organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds is an important first step to helping your body detox naturally and curbing dietary habits. By eating organic you will also limit your exposure to harmful pesticides in genetically modified foods. Eat as much raw food as possible. Steer clear from processed or fast foods.

This includes unhealthy soft drinks and energy drinks. replace them instead with herbal teas and water. This is one of the quickest ways to eliminate unhealthy toxins from entering your body. Many of these also offer exercise and fitness tracking as well. Focus on the big picture the body achieves what the mind believes.
