Hi, my name is Elena drunky now, and I'm the author and facilitator of sleep well and distress course. My course is specially designed for those people who want to improve their sleep, who want to remove insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety, worries, and other negative elements from their body. Also, it is designed for those people who want to boost their energy levels and to balance emotions. The quality of our sleep depends on many things. We are very complicated beings. Our bodies are consisted of five levels, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic.
And if one of those layers is damaged, it can manifest in ailments or insomnia to remove an ailment or improve our health. We need to come Lean and balanced all five levels. My course helps doing it since it is designed to activate, heal and energize our body, mind and soul, as well as balanced and clean our emotions. Also, my course helps to strengthen your energy.
