Today I'm going to share only one tip to improve your sleep, you will need to lose weight and to achieve your ideal weight. How is that possible? How is that connected? You might ask me, but your weight and the fat percentage in your body are closely connected and to your night's sleep and the responsible for your wellness, your well being and your sleep, of course. So why do you want to lose weight? I'll give you some reasons.

You may choose one of them or maybe you'll choose all of them. So first you want to be healthy. You want to reduce weight to make it easier for your join On your spine. You want to lose weight because you want to feel and look better. Or you want to lose your weight because you want to fit into your favorite flaws. And you might want to look and feel young and have more energy.

And now there is another answer. You might want to lose your weight because you want to improve your sleep. Fat decreases testosterone production in your body. And as a result, your libido goes lower and your sleep is not really well so it might be interrupted. And you might have some other problems and because of fat, you might have some pains and aches in your joints. Okay, now, I will tell you what will improve in your life.

And in your life when you achieve your ideal weight. So if you want to reduce your weight if you want to lose some weight and to achieve your ideal weight, start doing it now because you will improve your sleep. You will improve your sex drive. You will reduce the risk of sleep apnea and snoring. You will improve and balance your mood. You will reduce your joints pain.

You will increase your immunity you will boost your energy levels of course, and junk food will become less appealing for you and you will feel and look absolutely fantastic. Start setting your goals right now. Make them achievable, make them smart. Made them timely, you can lose one kilo per week. It's really, really easy if you make smaller steps on your goals, so, set a big goal. Say I want to lose six kilograms by this Christmas or my new year and then write down the goals for every day.

Count your calories, reduce the intake of junk food, of processed food. Cook your foods every day. go to gym, do physical exercises, meditate, be active, be very active and do this every day. I promise you you will feel and look fantastic. You will lose your weight.
