Hello everyone, welcome to my course improve your sleep and distress. My name is Alina gurren Kima and you obviously want to know why I'm running this course and who I am. First and foremost who I am. I am a transpersonal, therapist, hypnotherapist crystal, healer and wellness consultant. I'm running my own clinic in Sydney, which is called anti stress clinic. I'm helping people to remove stress, depression, anxiety, fear, and get rid of the bad habits.

In my clinic I'm using only natural approaches to remove triggers of stress toxic elements from your body to remove fear from your body and to facilitate healing processes. This course is based on natural healing techniques, contemporary and ancient. These techniques are helping you to remove stress and depression, to improve sleep to improve memory to boost your energy to recharge your body with fresh energy every day, to feel well to balance your emotions and to think clearly. Before you begin watching my lessons and applying my techniques, you need to know the basics with three simple rules, basic rules of how to apply my techniques. You will need to watch my lesson and then apply my technique for three days in a row. Just to get used to it to boost your confidence and to implant the technique into your mind and body, then after three days you can watch another lesson and apply another technique new technique for three days in a row.

And you apply those techniques on top of what you have learned already. Do not drink a lot of water after 7pm water, tea juice, whatever liquid just do not drink a lot of the major amount of water all liquids has to be taken before 7pm after 7pm our kidneys are getting ready for the night rest and they do not want to be overloaded with a lot of work easier, Gina Three, four hours before going to bed. This way you're going to give your body a lot of time to digest food and process liquids and your sleep will be much better in the palm because your body will be ready for a good night's sleep and it will not be busy with digestion and processing. When you do the exercises, be in the present moment. Think of what you're doing. Concentrate on your thoughts on your emotions on your feelings.

Concentrate on your body, on the processes in your body, on your sensations, concentrate on your breathing and calculate the movements that you are doing. This way you will make the exercises more effective and you will have more benefits now that you have are the rules, you can move on to my lessons, I promise that the lessons are not too long. And now that nowadays, we are so busy, and we are looking for something really simple, yet effective, and not too time consuming. I promise that each lesson in my course, is not longer than five, seven, maybe 10 minutes, so it will not take a lot of time to learn the exercises and to watch my lessons.
