Now that we know the left hand, we're going to focus on the right hand. We still have the same ideas here where the right hand is playing some moving notes, and then it's playing some health notes. So I'll play the first two measures I want you to watch. E, F sharp, G, F sharp, G. How did I know they start on a remember, face FEC, this is the face. Let's play that together. And we're playing very lightly.
So here's a middle scene. We're going all the way up to this high E. And I want you to say the note names out loud with me. Why should you do that? I know it's another extra thing to do. And it's you know, it's a lot. I get it.
But again, it will help you to learn the note names and more quickly it would also be kind of like checking yourself, make sure that you actually are playing what you think you're playing. Okay? Starting on E, let's say names together very light. Here we go. A, F sharp, G. Okay. F sharp, G. Let's see that again.
Ready? Go. A, F sharp, G, sharp, G. Hey, I'm going to do those two measures with counting. Watch me first. One, and two, and three, and four, and, one and two and three, and four. And join me make sure you're counting out loud.
Starting on E, here we go. One, and two, and, three, and four, and, one, and two, and, three, and four. And one more time. Here we go. One, and two, and three, and four, and, one, and two, and three, and four. Now watch me play the next few measures I'm going to say the note names.
I see that this note is just one note higher than the last note that I played, which was a, so I'm going to start on the watch. F sharp g F sharp or something heavier because that's right, I have a 40 sign. Let's play together saying the note name starting on V. Ready, go. B, G, F sharp, G, B, G, F sharp, G. Pretty easy right? Let's do it one more time just for fun starting on Be ready, go. B, F sharp, G, F sharp.
Now let's put those four measures together saying the note names starting on E in the beginning. Ready? Go very light, E, F sharp, G F sharp, G, A heavy, fast sharp, G, B, G, F sharp, G. Now I'm going to play those four measures with County. Watch me first one, and two and three, and four, and one and two, and three, and four, and one and two, and three, and four, and one and two, and three, and four. Let's do that much together. Remember the piano in the 40.
Here we go. One and two, and three and four. And, one, and two, and three, and four, and heavy. One, and, two, and, three, and, four, and, one, and, two, and, three, and four. And pause the video and practice this much. You can say the note names, you can count you can do both.
The more you do, the better you'll be helping yourself to learn quickly. Come back when you're ready. Now I'm going to play the rest of the piece. Watch me first I see that I have a dn a first finger and fourth finger. So I'll play those together lightly. Then I see the dots repeated.
And then first finger moves down to B fingers on G and I'd see that it's heavy. And then it's repeated. And then I see the same notes, but with a piano. Let's see that together. First finger D, fourth finger a, very lightly, here we go. We repeat that.
Now move first finger down to B finger on G begin heavy. Again. repeat it again and this time quietly one more time from that DNA. Here we go. Move to big heavy. Again.
Okay, I'm going to play and count. I want you to watch one and to end Three and four, and one, and two, and three, and four, and, one, and two, and, three, and four, and, one, and, two, and, three, and four, and, one, and, two, and, three, and four. And playing Count with me find your D and your a, here we go. One and two, and three, and four, and. One and two, and, three, and four, and. One and, two, and, three, and four and one two, and three, and four, and no lightly, one, and two, and three, and four.
And that's pretty easy. Go ahead and pause the video here and practice that much. Come back when you're ready. Make sure that you're counting the beats. Now I'm going to play from the very beginning and I want you to join me. We're going to play and count the beats starting on your E, all the way through.
We won't do the repeat. Are you ready? I'll count off. One and two, and three, and four, and count one and two, and three, and four, and, one and two, and three, and four and heavy one and Two and three, and four, and one, and two, and three, and four, and one and two, and three, and four, and one and two, and three, and four, and heavy one, and two, and three, and four, and one and two, and three, and four analyte. One and two, and three, and four. And now because I don't know you and I'm not with your practicing, I don't know how many more times you need to do that with me.
So you'd be the judge of that. Repeat it with me as many times as you feel necessary with counting out loud. Then Pause the video here and play and count out loud on your own. Come back when you're ready to put the hands together. drop me a note and let me know how you're doing. see on the next lesson
