This section includes an introduction to the course and your first week.
In this week, we will focus on slowing down and increasing your awareness of your body. This is an important part of your recovery, as you need to understand your body's needs: knowing when you are able to carry out physical activity, and when you need to rest or ease up. We will also look at some of the reasons why people are vulnerable to contracting Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and what you need to do to make sure you are continually looking after yourself.
