Oh, we know that you've got those legs moving and you're really starting to find your range of motion on the snowboard, we're going to use that multiple up and down movement you did to actually add some functionality into your rating that's really going to help you perform the snowboard. So here guys where this multiple up and down movement comes in, as we're going to be using it in our traverse. So when we come into the traverse of the turn on the two edge, you're going to be leaning slightly into that turn, and you're going to make one smooth, gradual band in the traverse. So I've actually been down on that twitch going to be filling the shin in the front of the booth, you can be in the balls of your feet, and as you're bending down, you're going to be building that grip from the edge and managing that pressure underneath your feet to cut out any of that edge chatter as the speed or the terrain picks up to turn.
You're going to slowly and gradually stand up to release that edge in the snow and all that energy and Pressure you've built in the snowboard as you stand up, that's gonna allow you a flat base to really easily pivot the board for a nice quick turn. And then once you find the heel edge, again, you're going to do one nice, smooth, gradual bend down. So pulling those tools up into the roof of the boot, filling your calf in the back of the boot as you bend down and lean slightly into the mountain and get that nice grip and pressure built underneath the board. And again, to turn you're just going to stand up to release that pressure in the edge to make for that nice easy pivot and smooth looking turn.
