Safety is one of the most important things when you're riding on the hill, not only to keep yourself safe, but to keep those other users safe as well. So it's not only skiers and snowboarders, they're using the mountain, we've got ski baits or snow skates too. And we all use the hill in different ways. So developing that awareness and peripheral vision is key. So just make sure when you're doing any of these lessons from the virtual snowboard school, you always take a little peek uphill to make sure no one's coming there to get yourself on a clear path is to try and focus on these lessons. Always read the Alpine responsibility code and become comfortable with every step in there.
The big one being that people don't hell of you have right of way. So really make sure you respect that one there. Also, when you're trying these license is really easy to almost get tunnel vision and look at the nose of the board or donate your feet to really try and feel what's going on in your body. So we want to encourage you that we're always keeping our eyes up Looking in the direction of travel, and that way we really are peripheral vision. And we can keep our head in a swivel and make sure no one's coming roundabout as their be very aware of the traffic on the run to. If it's a really busy school, it's almost better just to try and move to another year of the mountain where it's a little bit quieter.
If you're trying to focus on one of these lessons when you're using a lot of the small, there's that chance for a collision there. So always be mindful of how much smoke you're using, and be kind and respectful and terms of where you're going with that. So we're not cutting off other smoke users.
