Up until now, we've been doing everything with one, bootstrap 10. Now it's time to start exploring a bit more of the mountain, we need to get this sick and bootstrap tents so we can get ultimate control of our snowboard. So first of all, we'll look at strapping in the second boot standing up. And then we'll have a little look at it sitting down strapping in and a couple different ways we can get up from the floor. So when we want to strap in standing up, make sure you take this heel edge and dig it into the snow. So you create yourself a bit of a platform and just taste the platform and that the board is not going to slide away on you by lifting up that back through before you try and strap in.
So now I know my platform steady. I'm just going to knock that snow off the bottom of my boots. Make sure my bathing base please clean and then I'm going to stay in there. Nice and easy. So now we're strapped in standing up, let's take a little look at how we can get up if we're strapped in with these two feet. So, easiest way we can do this is just bring the heel edge nice and close to your butt.
Feel your toes into the roof. Take one hand and pull the two edge towards you. And with this backhand, you're gonna push yourself up and just try and propel yourself forward in a smooth, slow motion. Boom, and we're up. Now the other way we can do it is a little crab walk. So with the crab book, you're going to take both your hands, put them behind you, and you're just going to water yourself up.
Let that board slide a bit. And there you go on your feet ready to snowboard. If you're sitting down on your butt and need to go off on your Twitch, this is how you do with just a simple little rollover. So what you want to try and do is bring your Aboard nice and close to your jika hand and who can underneath your knee and then you just want to roll over to the other side. No, I'm here I can just push myself up and I'm going to like to wedge
