Welcome back to this could be one a very, very exciting lesson, because we will be talking about something that is not being discussed a lot out there. Okay, there's a lot of stuff a lot of content, a lot of material, specifically on this on this level on working at the systemic level. So the systemic level is level above the emotional levels, you move up again, at that point, the emotional level becomes the effects of the cause at the systemic level. In other words, if you have problems if you see you have no more options, at the emotional level, like, like you have in the technical level, of course, then it means that it's time for you to step up again, to go further to broaden your view, your perspective, your horizons, and that's where systemic intelligence comes in. When you operate as a systemic level and systemic level, unlike the other two, were there were enemies that you had that you have to deal with.
So out there for the technical and within for the emotional level here there are no enemies, there are no such thing as enemies, there are no such things are good and bad as right and wrong. None of that all of that disappears. All you have there is laws in Dynamics. And you have to know those laws of dynamics. So when we say right or wrong at the systemic level, it doesn't mean that a strategy is wrong, or right because most of the time if you want to know if a strategy is right or wrong, you have to test it. It's simple.
But at the systemic level, there is no testing. It has been tested by nature over the millions of years, hundreds of millions of years. So there's nothing to test. All you have to do is to observe these laws in these dynamics. That's all and when Which strategy is wrong at the systemic level? It's because it's non systemic, because it goes against these laws.
And when you go against these laws, you are going to have drawbacks. The only problem with this is that, unfortunately, because systems work on the long term, even the drawbacks are on the long term. So it's very difficult at the systemic level to understand what is the real cause of effect. When you were technically you do something wrong, and it's immediate. Were the causes, at the technical level, at a systemic level, you do something against systems. And this is going to get back at you after a day a week, month, year decades.
You never know. That's the only thing that you're even I know, it's impossible to know. Okay, but it will get back to you somehow directly or indirectly, but I don't want to Waiting for that right now. Okay, just I just told you this to understand how systems work, which is much different than when a machine works like that even at this level at the system at the systemic level. It's where you have systemic intelligence and like all intelligences, they have skills, you have skills and technical, you have skills in emotional, he has skills, and this is static. And these skills are relationships.
They are control, which is a basic skill in systemic intelligence. You have leadership, self esteem, abundance, freedom, and direction. And there are a few that you say, well wait a second, doesn't self esteem have to do with emotional intelligence. Also, by the way I talk about self esteem at the systemic level is much different. It's a totally different ballgame because at this emotional level, it's more like emotional, it's more like psychological the risk of psychology in the system intelligence. It's just a portion of how things work, how the dynamics work.
That's what I focus on. So I want to know the why's that is the question. The what is technical? The How is emotional, the Why is systemic? Why do things run this way? That's Remember what I said in one of the first videos that are lessons that I did is when I talked about my experience as an instructor.
I wanted to know the whys. I was not only curious about how do we fix this? How do we fix this person? What can I do to help her? No, I want to know, why is this happening to that person? That's what he was curious about.
And that's what you should be curious about? Why is this happening to my business? And why is this happening to me? And this is, these are things that you can understand when you operate at the system level. So let's see that here. What are the major resistances Because even if you're at the you'll have overcome resistance systems move to the emotional level, you are going to have resistance system move to the systemic level.
And one of the first resistances is that they may seem too far fetched. And then you seem like hazy. Okay, we are so accustomed to work on the technical level, that systemic level is so far away. It's so different. And then it becomes like, hazy, it's blurry. And it's difficult to grasp.
In fact, it's much simpler. operating at a systemic level is hundred times simpler than working on the technical level. If you if you think how many years have you spent and you're still spending to learn more at a technical level? On the first you have to go to school you ever sit you have to go to school to kindergarten. Up until now, you have to learn at a technical level to remain committed. In how much effort?
How much strain and stress Do you have to face in order to do this with systemic intelligence, it only takes hours days perhaps, to understand then you have to play Of course, then you have to really that's the hard part, not understanding it, but applying it If not, because it's hard to apply it because it's so different. The approach is so different from the technical level, that it becomes hard. But if you can overcome that resistance, you will be amazed how much easier systemic intelligence is. And the other point is that if the field having to relinquish control, I will explain perhaps in other video courses, the difference between direct control and indirect control, technical level ops for direct control, I want to control things directly wanted to take care of things. Now. Here.
Directly, whereas the systemic, as I said, you have to create the conditions. So it's in direct control. But the first is a false control. You never have control. You can force things. But you do not have control.
You only have control real control. When you come on bacon nature, like Francis Bacon said, when you bacon nature, you create the conditions for things to happen. And that's what you have control. People don't see short term benefits in this people want short term benefits, they want to see results right now. And because they don't, they are not too keen about adopting systemic intelligence. They fear of having to change his or her leadership mode.
Or we all have our leadership modes. He did not have to change anything about leadership. You only become a better leader, because you understand the dynamics. ie don't change your leadership know, wherever you are, wherever you lead. Stay By the way, the approach and the awareness that you have in your leadership is totally different. You're having to learn new concepts and philosophy, none of that, yes, you have to learn some concepts, but it's certainly not a philosophy.
It's very practical. As a matter of fact, people with this is one of the things that I one of the objections that I most often had about systems intelligence, I heard entrepreneurs say it sounds a bit philosophical. In fact, their approach is much more philosophical, much more or less practical than systemic intelligence. Because systemic intelligence follows nature. They only follow what they think. So the only the it's their philosophy, against the philosophy so to say, of nature, which one wins, which one is more practical, according to you?
One other thing is that you have to sacrifice your ego. Now you do not have to sacrifice your ego You keep your ego your ego is important. You have to work with it, though, you have to know what it is, you have to know how it works. And that's also assistance that it does, it teaches you like your ego is so that you can work with it. So it doesn't work against you. But it helps you drive you forward.
Without ego, you're not going to go anywhere. You have to work with your ego. But unfortunately, we have been taught that ego is something negative. No ego is not negative. Ego is good. If you know how to treat it well, if you know how to handle it.
If you do not know how it works, if you have no awareness of what it does, then of course, it's going to take control over you. And it's kind of dragging where, wherever it wants, not where you want to go. The good thing is that it may seem strange, but can have immediate benefits even with systemic intelligence. So let's see a few of these. First of all I am very important is that there is a drastic really from stress, you become less stressed. Why?
Because you don't have to control everything. You see, with direct control, you have to control everything after control your employees, you have to control production. You have to control your clients, you have to control everybody, everything that's stressful. Whereas if you try to understand how to create the conditions, then you do not have to stress yourself, you do the right things, and you let nature do all the rest. He will take care of it, don't worry. So there's a drastic relief of stress immediately.
There's a stronger self confidence. I mentioned that already in a previous lesson talking about systems. Of course, if you know how nature works, and you go by the nature, you feel confident, because you know you can't go wrong. Nature Can't go wrong. It'll give you what it wants. Even though not immediately, that's very important.
There's an increased trust from the outside. Systemic intelligence is also related to ethics. Why? What are ethics? We're not talking about morals here, moral rules. That's subjective.
Every culture everywhere in the world and indeed a different time of our history. We have different moral rules. Ethics never change. Ethics does not change period. Why? Because it is associated to nature.
How you know, you're truly operating ethically, you can't know. You can't know it. You can only know it when he know that what you've done is in adherence with the designs of nature, then you know that you're working ethically. There is a positive and encouraging response from the environment. You will start seeing things happening immediately. There's a different reaction.
There's a different response from people When they see you operate systemically, you will start having a paradigm shift from scarcity to abundance. These are paradigms I will talk about these are in fact, abundance, if you remember is also one of the system scales. abundance is not having a large bank account. That's not what I'm talking about. abundance is a mental state of being able to see opportunities, positivity, all the good things that are around you, that's abundance. Of course that will reflect in your bank account for sure.
But it's not what I'm strictly talking about here. Whereas when you start when you operate, technically, you will always tend to see things in scarcity. I mean, of course they can be otherwise. If the enemy is out there, wanting to think things from you. You start thinking you're going to start defending yourself protecting yourself or fighting back Which is the first form of defense, you know that, okay? Because you feel that if he's going to take something away from you, you will be left without anything.
That's the that's the scarcity paradigm. That does not happen. When you think systemically, out of the box thinking becomes second nature, you will start thinking counter intuitively. And people will say one thing and you say wait a second, there's another approach, something's diametrically opposed. But that's when you find those solutions. Because if you try to find solutions at the technical level for technical problems, as Einstein said, You're not gonna change anything.
It's not gonna happen. At this point, I'll leave you with this. When you know the whys you can figure out the house. When you have the house, the watch will follow. So it doesn't mean that you have to you focus on the your 95% technical stuff. Every day, but keeping in mind always on the background, the why, why things are happening, how they should happen, and why do you have to do about it?
When you have these things, three things aligned, man, your business is going to take off. I'm telling you. Okay, so now let's see how we can put all of these three things together with the next lesson.
