So we started this new part with this essential part of systems dynamics, which is called the formidable trio. This is I could call it the holy grail of systems. If you understand this part well, at least conceptually for now, then you will have gone a long way. Okay, of course, as I said, we cannot go deeper, like technically or practically in this, but you can at least become aware, even in this case, how this trio works because it's fundamental. So it's called the trio because it's composed of three elements. The first element is self esteem, self esteem, at least that's the way we're used to think about self esteem is something that we believe to be psychological or emotional.
And of course it is okay. When you have self The problem a problem is you probably go to a psychologist or a coach or whatever. But from a systemic point of view, self esteem has nothing to do with your past with your traumas, how you were raised, and all that stuff, which as I said, it's fundamental that belongs to the, to the emotional level, and it's very important, but it acquires a different meaning when it comes to systems. And the idea down self esteem is the awareness of your worth of what you value and how you transfer your worth. into what you do, into what you share into what we give out. If you do not become aware of this worth of what you have to give of what a precious diamond You are never mind all the traumas and all this and all the things everybody has problems, psychological problems to some degree, everybody.
But that doesn't mean that we can't get in touch with that with this diamond that's inside of us. That's, that's our worth. That's why we are so precious. That is what self esteem is. The second thing is abundance. abundance, as I said, is a paradigm.
It's a mental model. It's got nothing to do with how much money you make. But of course, if you don't have abundance, you will not make money. It doesn't mean that if you are abundant, you will make money. By but without abundance, you cannot make money that will stay. Because money comes and goes.
Prosperity is happening more and more and more. It's like building up and if you do not have an abundance mentality that will never happen. You may make money and lose it and make it and loser and lose it. And your life can become really a yo yo from that point of view. And that's the situation as many people as they see they go ups and downs, ups and downs, ups and downs are natural, there are cycles, that's fine. As long as it doesn't affect your vision of the world, because people are having an abundance mentality when everything goes well, and they have a scarcity mentality when things go bad.
That's not that's not an abundance mentality. That's a scarcity mentality. An abundance mentality is seeing abundance everywhere, regardless of the situation that you're in that moment. And that's what gives you the drive. This is so vital that you understand because if you don't have an abundance mentality, when things get tough, you are going to give up at one point. There's just so much we can take with them.
You know, by having a poor vision of what's outside, but if you have a wealthy, healthy and rich vision of what's out there of all the opportunities all the time, when times are good, when times are bad, then you will keep going. I mean, perseverance, resilience are wonderful words, but they are worth nothing without abundance. Because all you do is you work on your nerves, but at a certain point, you're going to get stressed out, and you're going to give up that's a fact. Okay. So this is the second element. The third element are mega principles.
Now this is the perhaps the haziest the blurriness part of it because I am not going to get into meta principles in this. As a matter of fact, I don't even need to make video courses and many principles. I will I'm keeping that from my master class a lot because it's a very, very important topic. Made up principles are laws, basic fundamental laws of systems. There are seven of them. And they directly affect what we do.
And they bounce back positively or negatively that depends on us. So that's why it's so important that we know how they what they are and how they operate. Be aware that in general, ethics, not morals, ethics is what nature does. So all you have to do is look at nature, see how it behaves, what it does, and you can say, you cannot go wrong. So when we breach meta principles, this is going to get back at us. Why do I call meta principles and not just principles or laws?
Because they are above principles? These seven meta principles are what produce all the other laws and principles that we see everything revolves around these meta principles. So you have self esteem, you have abundance, you have made up principles. You can remember them by saying Sam. And in the next lesson, we will see how they work together. Because, again, because they're part of the system, as a matter of fact, they are the hardest systems.
As far as operationally speaking, I mean it's important that you understand how they work together, how they work in unison. But that's for the next lesson.
