Have you ever had that sensation of having two people? Like, you know, the classic something the devil whispering in something else? Or like being like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde? Well, perhaps not to those extremes, but I'm sure that you've had some kind of a sensation of, you know, what am I What? What should I do? What should I follow?
Which road should I take? This one seems a big one. It's an easy one. But I'm not so sure it's ethically correct. The yellow one, it's longer, it's harder, but I think it will get you somewhere What am I going to choose? And we have that all the time.
We have to deal with this continuously. That's why we have such a hard time making decisions. Most of the time, and that's exactly what's going on. You see this dual nature this dual realities that we have to deal with are essential for growth. Without it, we can agree we could not go anywhere. That's why it's important in our business, it is vital that you be able to deal with both these aspects.
If you only have one, you will fail. If you only have the other the other side the other part, you will fail for sure. You have to become proficient at working effectively with both these forces and these forces are you on one side, your true you your systemic your your natural view, that part of you that wants to become and be part of the system and be able to benefit yourself and the people that are around you and your customers and all the CO your stakeholders And being able to be to produce something for them and feeling good about that. That's the part of you that follows the plant paradigm. And then on the other side, you have the ICS, the inner control system, that's the fake you. That's the alter ego.
That's the part of you that wants to have everything for themselves, who doesn't care about benefiting anybody else, by himself. And that part is also important. That's the, that's the part of you, however, that feels fears that feels the need to defend himself to the breast, when feel threatened. That's the part of you that you have to work with. And it's essential that you do that's the part of you that follows the washing machine paradigm. And they're both important.
You have to learn how to deal with them. And this is the closing quote. lesson of this part, which talks exactly about this. And these are the things that you should keep in mind. So that you can take advantage and that you can benefit from the work done on both sides. Let's see the things that you have to always bear in mind when you have to deal with these parts of you that are seemingly in conflict.
They are in conflict actually, but, you know, if something's you ultimately Alright, so the first thing is, you don't fight the ICS. That's part of you. You need it. Unfortunately, we have this moralistic approach that we've inherited, from perhaps a religion perhaps from our parents, saying, you know, you should not be selfish. You should think more about other people, which is true, but you still have to deal with With this force to the ICS, that doesn't want that, and you and you don't fight that. You work with it.
And in fact, the second part, the second thing that you have to take notice of is the system you are and the ACS are two forces of nature, like positivity and negativity. That must work in unison, not in opposition. All right, positivity and negative negativity, they work together. They are inseparable. You couldn't have gravity you couldn't have. You could have a dark and like you couldn't have electricity, or magnetism, or anything.
I mean, it would be a totally different nature, perhaps better, but this is the reality that we're living in. And so we have to learn how to deal with both these forces which are complimentary. We have been talking Thought that negativity is bad. Or that there is such thing as bad. It isn't. There's no such thing as bad.
They must, they can be unpleasant, or they can be pleasurable. They can be socially acceptable, or socially unacceptable, but you still have to deal with them. You still have to take both and work with both. Now, I can't tell you how this is done, because it will take a long time, but for the time being, just the awareness. And the third thing is that the ICS drives the system's lead, including the ICS. So as I said before, the ICS is your driving force.
It's your pulling force, your motivation force. However, that has to be led somehow it has to be guided. So it seems that as a system has to lead this force, it's like a horse, the horse has the power, then the horses lactation wherever you need to go. But you have to tell it where to go. You are the ones that lead leading the horse. And it's the same process.
You have to get on the horse and learn how the horse thinks and how and how it's supposed to be a leg, how to turn left, how to turn right. And that's how you move. And finally, the other very important thing that you have to keep in mind is focus on the benefits that you will bring to all stakeholders and trust nature on its will to take care of you. You see, the pool of the ICS is very, very strong, especially when you're not aware of it if you're not aware of the ACS, and even less so how it works. It will leave you, no question about that. There is nothing that you can do about it.
And in fact, this introductory lesson or video course, is just to make you become aware of these dynamics. However, you must keep in mind that it is you who leaves as I said, but most importantly, you have to keep in mind that nature is working for you. The ICS is not working for you, the ICS is just working for neat. It's just working so that you can survive by your business will never thrive will never grow, if you only if you're only led by the ICS. So don't worry about saying, well if I'm benefiting others, then I might do something. Don't worry about that trust nature, you are part of nature, it will not betray you.
It will give you exactly what you need. Because when you think, and you act systemically, things come around, whatever you give, it comes back. So don't worry about what you're gonna have what's in it for you. That's not a way, the way that an entrepreneur or a business owner in general should think today. He, as I said before, you've got a thought like this 10 years ago, 20 years ago, not anymore, and even less so 10 or 20 years from now. So start doing this and trust nature.
This is the final lesson of this part. And we will begin another part with the next lesson. We're also here in this case, we will go deeper down into the dynamics. So you will know exactly how things work to get the next lesson.
