So let's talk about the seven system skills. If you remember, I mentioned these in a previous lesson when I talk about the the mental level, the systemic level, I mentioned about the seven skills. Now for each one of these skills, I will be preparing in a specific video course. But for now, I will just rush through them so that you understand what works and what are the things that you have to develop in order for you to become systemically adequate for the times that we're living now, and then we will believe living even more in the future. So let's start with the first of these skills, which are relationships. Now you will probably realize that some of these skills seem to be more like emotional and relationships are definitely something that pertained to the emotional level.

However, there is also So a systemic perspective. Now, what do you see a systemic perspective? If you remember, that is the why when you work on the emotional level that is the how. So, how can I have a better relationship? How can I make it more profitable? How can I make people want to follow me and all that stuff?

That is emotional, and that the things of course in relationships, but when we talk about systems, it talks about why you wonder, why does that work? Why is it so, is that when you know the why that is what gives you more control. Now, in relationships, none of the Why is vital, because you must understand not only how to do the things, but the why they work that way, why is it like that? So you will understand that relationships work on an exchange of energy. I mentioned that in one of the very first lessons in introduction Hear You will understand it even more when you start to apply the dynamics of energy applied to relationships. It's simply that we want energy.

That's all we want. That's all that exists. It's energy. It's not the business, the business is energy, money is energy, everything is energy and people work on that. But we have to understand how to make it work. So that we can have people come to us wanting to come to us not having to manipulate them to come to us, which is very different.

The second skill that we consider as control control is the basis of systems dynamics, the ICS in our control system is based on control. So we have to understand how we can have control instead of our inner control system, how do we not that we oppose because not oppose our control, but how we can perfect it. We are different type of control, which gives you not only a temporary control light for the ICS, but it gives you long term control, sustainable control. So that's why it's important. The third thing is leadership here too. We talked a lot about leadership, leadership here leadership models, leadership roles and all stuff like that.

But in statics, it has a different meaning. It's about understanding the whys are the people that want to change their life, how to discover more about themselves. That's the first thing about leadership, knowing yourself a lot better. And as a result of that, how you can have other people follow you or wanting to follow you. It's close to relationship, but here there is not only relationship involved, but also goals. Also, something that is objective outside of yourself and outside of a relationship.

Okay, so this is what leadership is, in this case. I just said in the previous lesson, self esteem is a very important systemic skill. I've explained it what it is. And here we go further down and what, not only how to seek value, but how to transform yourself into value to something that's worth it, because he cannot give worth and value to your business. Unless you understand the value and the worth in yourself and how you can unleash this, how you can transfer this into your business so that the people that work with you or for you, and outside the company really will want to do business with you. abundance.

Again, that's the other skill. And here too, it's impossible to have a profitable basis without abundance because times will vary get tough and you will get tougher my friend, this is not going to change, it's going to get worse. So unless you are able to switch your filter, remember, abundance is a paradigm. And that paradigm is a filter. It's a model, it's a lens. So unless you don't understand how to work with these lenses, you will go to give up or you will get you will stretch yourself up to a certain point.

That's where your mind takes you where your mind says okay, until here, you can manage it From now on, there's no way and of course you need more self esteem if you want to go on, but you also have to change your mental filter your lens. And then one thing you would never guess that it's a skill, freedom. Freedom is that is that is an essential part of systems dynamics. We think we are free because we can have business because we can make decisions. Because we can apply strategies. We can work with people we can sell, or we can buy whatever.

That's not freedom, not one bit. Because that's all at the technical level or the technical level your freedom is limited is confined by your paradigms. And by your emotions, you will go as far as your paradigms, your emotions let you go. When you understand how freedom works, how we truly become free, then you will see that you will have no longer boundaries, and you can work 260 degrees, perhaps not even working nine degrees if you're lucky, perhaps 120 or 120. But the big part the big chunk is not there is not any technical part direction. Last but not least is an extremely important systemic skill.

Because you have to know where you're going, why you're going, what valuing what you know, what worth, can you transfer to the final goal to the ultimate goal that you want to achieve? Usually people are not led by this. People, usually people are led by what they want. What gives them pleasure, what they believe is gratifying them, they want more money, they want more income, they want to have a good life. Everybody wants to feel better. But that doesn't really make the difference, not insistence.

We are a lot more than that. We have to know what can benefit others and find the fulfillment in that even because what happens when you For example, set yourself a goal, a financial goal, which says I want to receive $1 million or euros or whatever, by the end of next year. That's what I want to make and saying that you achieve that goal, provided you achieve that goal. What's going to be your next step? Oh, I want to make two millions next year. You see, it's always about the same thing.

But it's not you. So, of course, when you know the direction that you have, if you know where the final and the ultimate goal is, then you build your goals around that. And of course, you want to make millions fine, I want you to make a lot of millions, I want you to make a lot of money, but you will make much more money this way than in the usual way. Because you have no competition there. You are the only one that sets that direction for himself. So you have no competition.
