Welcome back. Okay, so we talked about a few things. Right. So let's try to understand better. And we will have to talk about systems a little more in what supposing systems in other way of operating, you know, in our inner wheel in our availability to implement systemic intelligence in business. Basically, there are two forces that are at play here.
One is an outer force and an inner force. And it's, it's absolutely essential that you understand how they work. Because if you want to have control, you have to know how these two forces work together. They are apparently working opposing each other and see apparently because there is no such thing as a position as a real opposition in nature, our nature is a dual reality. In other words, and always has two extremes in everything. Male and female day and night lightened and obscured and darkness, cold and hot and whatever, we have these two extremes.
That's the way that he works. But the fact is that we that we see them because we use a machine like paradigm, where it shows us that they are in a position, good and bad. They're not in opposition, when you think systemically, but they are in opposition, when you see them technically, because they all both have a purpose. A good idea here is not to see how you conquer bad or evil over good, how to conquer darkness over light, or whatever. That's not the idea here systemic thinking does not work this way at all, they have to work with each other in order to create a an evolution of growth, growth, consistent having opposing terms coming together and creating something new. Now let's start with the first force, which is our force, it is your force called systems.
Whatever is out there is a system. As a matter of fact, I have a better description for you of what a system is. It's a natural state, I mean systems are natural structures, integrally and interdependently interacting with each other at different levels, governed by natural laws, forming more or less complex organisms that aim at achieving that common purpose of mutual benefit. So systems are whatever has not been created by man, anywhere from inherent to the entire universe is a system They work together and they work synergistically from the very small to the very big year. There's an interesting functionalisation in this definition, because it says that national systems are integral. Now, the gravity of a system is also found in the machine, in a business, business, our systems, which are natural systems, of course, but if they are built on machine paradigm, they're no longer natural.
They go against nature, but they're still equal. If we take a car for example, there are many systems, hydraulic system, electrical system, a mechanical system, whenever you have all these types of systems working together, integrally but it's a machine isn t grow by those elements are not interdependent. That's what makes the difference. It's not enough that they are to to grow, they have to be interdependent. In other words, what happens to one thing reflects on the rest. If your car stops, because let's say something mechanically broke, all the rest is fine.
Your hydraulic system is fine, your electrical system is fine. You're you're inside the car, everything's fine. Okay? It's there's just that mechanical part of that is broken. You take the mechanical part out, you put the UN in, and the car just starts over again. Fantastic.
If you have a toothache, or if you have some kind of illness, God forbid. It's not just that part that's going to suffer it's your entire organism. That's why you can assistance within a system of a national system. They are interdependent. They depend on each other Either, when something happens on one thing, it happens on the other automatically, which does not happen in machines. So these are aspects that you have to keep in mind.
When we talk about systems, they only operate for the greater good here. The good is benefit. And when I say that the only opera for the good, it means that they only offer it for the benefit of all without distinction. So when you do something systemically, it's because he want that everybody not only yourself, because if it's only for yourself, you detach from self from others, and you become a machine. So you become somebody else's enemy. You have to see people that enjoy having what you have to give, so that they will get back to you.
That's the only system work that's how you keep control. Because otherwise if you if it's only about yourself, you're going to try to defend yourself. As I said in your previous lesson, you're going to have to find a good everybody. That's not a good way to work or to live. Okay, just to make a little more money if you're going to make a little more money, provided that. But if you give people what they want, they will want to give you money.
You don't have to go after and chase them. No, isn't that correct? Isn't that what you find in your business as well? So this is what we have to look after. They are governed by principles and natural laws. I don't have much to say about that.
These principles and laws apply to all systems. What does that mean? No matter where you operate, these laws and principles apply. And up there playing business. They apply in marriage, they apply in relationships, they apply in politics, they apply everywhere, wherever there's a system, they have exactly the same laws and principles they manage. differently.
So perhaps you have to tackle technically the problem in a different way. I mean, you don't go back home and try to solve a controversy with your with your spouse as you would with a customer. Okay, you have to do it in a different way. Yes. But basically, you will have to do the same thing, you will have to treat systemically that situation in the same way. addition to systems facilitate favorable outcomes as an incentive for when you start working with systems, systems will start working for you.
It's always been like this history tells us this is not a philosophy. This is a fact. Systems dynamics are the root cause of all events. Now, this is interesting. Whatever happens to you doesn't happen by chance. It is the consequence is the effect of something that has happened through the dynamic systems, the way systems work.
If you have been operating systemically, you will find events that are favorable to you. If you have been working non systemically, you're going to find events that will work against you when I don't know, as I said before, but it does. Alright, so let's say for the youngest outer forest ecosystems, but don't miss the next lesson on the inner force, which is your inner control system. That is where things are really happening. And you will get to know yourself a great deal more than you do now, because you'll understand how your mind really works at the systemic level. So it's very simple.
As I said, systems are simple. They're not complicated, so don't miss it.
