Okay, so before we talked about subject lines, and we talked about content, let's talk about some sending strategies that you can go ahead and implement overall for sending your emails. So for one, when you send an email, make sure you link often, okay, put two to three links in your email to your affiliate offer, okay, so that means that you're going to put one above the fold. So before they would ever scroll down, they're going to see that first link, and then make sure that as they scroll down, they see more links, okay, you can put the links in your PS, you can put the links in the body, just make sure you do two to three, to make sure that they're seeing it that they have an opportunity to click on it and go to your offer. You don't want to just put one link in your email.

Second of all you want to list Secondly, you want to listen to your list, okay? And you're going to do this by split testing. Okay? So you want to make sure that you send emails every day, okay for a little while. See how that converts. Okay?

See what that Does your open rate see how many unsubscribes you get? See how many complaints you get? See how many you know, click throughs you get, just send emails every day, and then see send emails every other day, see what's better. Okay, see what's one. see which one works for you, again, works for your list. Some people like getting emails every day, some people don't.

Okay, so it's going to be up to testing. And then you also want to test different times of the day. If the majority of your list works, you know, nine to five, Monday through Friday, then you probably don't want to send them emails at that time. Okay, it might be better to send emails after they get off work. Okay, you may find that it's better to send emails during the day, you really don't know until you test. This is a lot of money's getting left on the table by people who don't test this stuff.

Okay? So test out different times to send your emails, test out different days, test out once a day, test out, you know, once every couple of days and just see what works for you. Also, you want to make sure not to send them the same offer Every day, okay, if you send someone the same offer every day, then they're going to get wise to it and they're going to realize that hey, you know what, I've already seen this, I don't need to open this, or they're going to get in there and there's not going to click on the link because they know where the link goes and they just don't want to go there because they've already been there. And they didn't buy that time so they're not gonna buy this time obviously so why even click on it and that's the last thing you want people to do.

You want to condition people to see new fresh stuff from you all the time. So you know that they're going to open they're going to click they're going to want to see what's going on. You know, there are multiple offers you can choose from daily if you're in a hot niche if you choose one of those hot niches we talked about earlier, health and fitness, dating and relationships, making money online work from home, things like that. And there's all kinds of offers that you're going to be able to find on Clickbank that you can promote. So just make sure you split test what offers work for your list. Okay, if you're in the health and fitness niche, your list may respond better to you know, workout routines.

And they do you know, diet books and things like that. So you just have to split test and see and make sure that you're looking at the reports and you know what your list responds to, because that's the only way to really optimize and make the most money from your list. So a couple rules of thumb, you'll never know if this is accurate for your list, this is somewhere you can start is with the autoresponders. You know, obviously, the first email they're going to get is the one they immediately get when they opt in, which is going to have directions to actually download their premium, and also maybe a promotion and the PS. Since this is the first email that they get, it's usually the one that gets opened the most. You'll have directions to download it and a promotion.

But then maybe start every two days after that and test it. Okay, see what your open rates are. See what your click through rates are every two days or so. Okay, it's a great place to start. Then with your broadcast emails, these are emails you manually send out to your whole list. Just make sure with your promos you don't send every day, okay, you don't want to send promotions every day, you don't want to just be one of those marketers that's constantly sending promotions and never sending any good content, never going relationship.

People stop opening after a while they know it's just going to be pitch after pitch after pitch. So don't send promotions every day, try to send out content at least two times per week. Okay, so this is good content quality content, you can go do some research online, you can hire someone on Elance to write a good email for you. You know, make it niche specific. And then you can always put that, you know, info with your promo link in the PS Okay, so after you've written a lot of good content down the PS, you can say, Oh, and by the way, here's a great resource you should check out. That's a great way to build trust, build rapport, and also maybe make some money off this email as well.
