Okay, and now it's time to put the toppings on our summer breakfast bowls. I have four made here. Here's this movie bowl we just made. These are some cocoa. overnight oats I made yesterday. This is basic vanilla chia pudding.

And this is the blended chia pudding with papaya powder in there. So I have a few toppings laid out here. There's a list in the shopping list of lots of ideas. This is just what I have on hand right now. So let's get decorating. So why don't we start with the blended one.

I think I'll put some strawberries on here. It always looks nice if you oops. If you put your toppings kind of in lines or some kind of pattern if you've seen that on Facebook You know that I do that. So that looks nice. So some fruit, we want to make sure that we have a healthy fat in each one of these. So we have some chia seeds and flax meal in these, but we don't yet have any fat in the smoothie bowl.

So we want to make sure we add a healthy fat there. But so what else should we add there? I think we'll add some granola. This is kind of like a dessert evil. This is a coconut granola, just a little bit there. toppings add texture and some more nutrients and just make it fun.

And we have some actual coconut. I love that too. I think that one looks good. You could add if you wanted to make it a little sweeter. You could drizzle a little origami on there or a little maple syrup. Just a little of a gobby on there.

One thing I wanted to show you is That I prefer to add sweeteners rather than use sweetened products because then you really know how much sweeteners you're getting. And whether you're using a gobby or maple syrup or coconut sugar or white sugar, it's all sugar. And for women, you want a maximum of two tablespoons of added sugar a day. So when you when you add it on top, you can really see where you're eating and you can remember so you can even measure that out. We'll do maybe half a half a tablespoon. just drizzle it on there.

So then we know you remember Oh, I had some sugar there. So that's our first of all, that looks nice. And then we'll do our chia pudding bowl. I think I would like to put some mango on my chia pudding. I'm going to show you a cool trick. Maybe you've seen this before of how to cut a mango.

So first, you're going to hold it up right? You're gonna cut Cut along the size like that, that has a spot on there we'll cut out and then you use a, just a cup and you can push the mango up against the cup and it comes right off and then you just have the skins your waist less. So let's see about this. We're gonna cut some strips with mango. take apart, it's not Brown, so put some mango on there. That looks really pretty.

And you can add fresh or frozen topping. So we're gonna add some frozen blueberries on this one. I think that would look nice. And then how about some Peters? They're all pumpkin seeds. I think that looks good.

Okay, then we'll move on to our cocoa. overnight oats. We're gonna put some peanut butter powder This is unsweetened peanut butter powder because peanut butter and chocolate go together really well. Put a little peanut butter powder on there. That looks good. And we have some raw cacao nibs.

This is chocolate without any sweetener to these are really crunchy and I love these on overnight oats put some cocoa nibs on there. And then I think we'll put strawberries on this one to put some oops my dogs barking Go. Oh, that one looks good too. And then last but not least we have our smoothie bowl, I think I like to put some toppings that are in the ingredients. So we have apple in the smoothie bowl. So I'm going to put some apple on there.

And then we don't have any healthy fats in there. So we definitely want to add that these are some canned toasted walnuts. I kind of do those in a bit of a bulk. And then I have them available for the week. So some toasted well that's the toasting just really brings out the flavor. You can use it Rob too sometimes I do but I just really like toasted nuts.

What else should we add on here? Maybe some pumpkin seeds on this one too. There we go. So there's our four bowls with some toppings. Which one would you like to eat? I think I might go
