I hope you went somewhere different. I hope you tried a different food. I hope you've stepped out and showed yourself that you can do it. Today we're talking about the much needed pep talk. Everybody who anybody has probably told themselves one time or another. I got this.
I can do this. I can win. You guys. A pep talk is needed. We're feeling down and out when we don't think we can make it when we're starting to procrastinate when we're not achieving our goals. We need to tell ourselves that we can indeed soar.
We can win we got this pep talk looks something like this. I'm gonna use my name, Leticia. No matter what the what the story is, your story is greater than anything that can ever happen in your life. Whether it's homelessness, whether it's losing a car, whether you don't know how you're gonna make it, Leticia, you got this. You're bigger, you're a winner, you're a champion. You're going to be successful.
You're going to have more than enough. You are beautiful. You are wonderfully made. lucky shot. You got this. Now today.
I tell you, my students, look yourself in the mirror today. Give yourself that much needed pep talk, and I need you to store these tomorrow. But remember, you have to do the pep talk. It's important. Bye
