All right, are you ready? Remember, you have to have an open and curious mind. All right, number one, identify and unpleasant feeling, emotion, thought or even a physical symptom that you're having. And as you identify that, I want you to notice where the physical sensation or image is or what it is. Okay? And as you do that, notice where it's located, is it inside your body or is it outside.
Next what I want you to do if it's inside, I want you to pull it out, pull it pulled a problem or issue away from you and see floating around Have you as a symbol or an image, again, pull the sensation that you had inside your body, pull it out, and then see it floating in front of you as an image or a symbol. Now, ask yourself, which way is it spinning? So there you go. Ask yourself, which way is it spinning? Is it spinning clockwise, or counterclockwise. And if you feel that it's motionless, then ask if it was spinning, which way would it spin?
Then the next step is I want you to start reversing the spin and as you reverse the spin, so just going back, remember I asked you which way it's spinning. So if it's spinning clockwise, then make it go anti clockwise. If it was spinning anti clockwise, then make a go You'll find though that positive images spin one way, and then the negative emotions spin the other way. So, reverse this spin of what you had before, and make it go faster and faster and faster and faster until it disappears. And as it disappears, you'll notice a new symbol or image come in its place. And we call that a gift.
All right, so it would be a new healing gift that comes in its place. It's just been that faster and faster and faster away. So when I was doing this, I spun it so fast that I would make a kind of blow off. And if you want to do that, that's fine, too. All right, now that you see this new gift, in place of the representation that you had before, this is a message this is your hidden metaphor. And this is where you want to identify the positive message of the gift So what is the positive message from this gift?
Take a moment and just ask, what is the positive message in this gift? The first answer that comes is the right answer. Don't fight it. Now, what I want you to do is now that you have the message, sent this gift away on an adventure, you can you know, if you want to send it around Earth and come back around the whole universe and come back, do that, send it away. And its job is to find another message for you or another gift for you and bring that back. So send it away.
And take a moment to notice the adventure that takes around the universe. And as it comes back, it's come back a little different maybe transformed. What is the image now. And what is the message now is this new healing gift that has come back either transformed as you sent it around the universe, it's now in front of you, what I want you to do is take that image or that new gift and bring it into your body. So a lot of people find that they bring it inside the cavity here, or in their heart, or wherever you want. Even the same location that you pulled it out from would be great.
And bring it back into your body and notice any new feelings or understanding that you have. Now consider your new desired state after you've done this and the pathway to achieving your success. So we did This foreign xiety and a lot of people feel anxiety in different places. Sometimes it's hard. Sometimes it's the chest, sometimes it's the stomach. Sometimes it's the hands that are shaky, sometimes it's needs can be anywhere that you start to feel anxiety.
So I would say start with that feeling or symptom, where it is in your body and start working with that, pull it out, see what the representation is. And then remember to ask which ways it's spinning, and then reverse the spin. And notice that gift that comes after you reverse the spin and you blow it away. And then you send it on an adventure. And notice how it transforms by coming back with something else attached to it or as a completely new different gift. And then you take that and you put it back where you pulled out the anxiety feeling.
