Beautiful upper back side of the body really touching here, reaching all the way up to the top and a spread and your fingers wide out to the sides. Yes, cooling down down the front side of the body and sliding up the legs towards the back side of the body, your booty, your back.

Beautiful reaching all the way up to the top. and allowing yourself to expand here spreading the fingers out wide. Lovely. Again, sliding it down to the ground and sliding up the legs, behind the booty, your back of the sides, your neck, your temples all the way up to the top. Spread it out. Lovely.

And leaning over to one side, open up one shoulder, allowing your hand to graze your hip and lean over to the other side of circle that shoulder back. Really allowing your hand to touch your leg and your hip here. Yes. over to the other side, kind of drawing a circle with your hand on your thigh and through the middle over to the side. Yes, beautiful. footwork and settling to the middle, hands on the front of the hips, chest circling around and reverse.

Coming down to the middle and rolling up. Lovely coming down to over to the other side, hand over hand down to the ground into your lunge position and rocking back and forth.

Yes, great work. Getting a stable footing and dragging your hands up your body up your legs all the way up to the top. Looking and sliding your hands all the way down your body. Beautiful. All the way down to the ground, bringing that back foot forward a little bit so you can rock back and forth here bending one knee than the other bend and then lovely straightening both legs, selecting that front foot.
