And working on our landing here at this nice little bent knee and through the middle really helps you land safely and gracefully. swinging oversight aside, gentle, graceful leave. Yes. And back to the middle. Let's lean over into one side, bring the arms up and circle the chin around. Have fun with this.

Lots of fun bird like movements released out over to the other side fitting into the hip. backs of your hands are touching and circle it out. Yes. Released down through the middle over to the other side. fun little bird like move here. Yes.

And release it into that hip hands are touching each other. Or this beautiful shape. Amazing. Band. circle it out. Release band.

Keep that circle motion going. And release. Beautiful. Let's swing one arm behind us and the other arm behind us. Both hands come up through center. Open up to the side.

Beautiful again, through center and open up to the side. windmill motion here. Yes. Lovely. And let's try the other side. Bring it through the center and open it up.

Yes. really open up your arms, your wingspan. Beautiful and releasing arms to the side. Bring them up and looking up and down here. Another bird like perch. Yes.

And release through the center. swing it over to the other side backs of hands touching. Head moving up and down. Our foot is popped with one knee bent. Yes. And released through the middle over to the other side.

Really allowing that full range of motion and your neck looking up towards the heavens towards the sky and released out. Yes, again, other side. Up and down. eautiful and released onto the center. Let's fling our arm out in a big circle just tornado it around. Other way.

Beautiful keeping it loose. Other side. Yes. bending over a bit here. Just really loose, not armor on, allow it to swing out. Yes, check it out.
