So when we talk about what it really takes to heal, we talk about certain steps that need to be followed. So first step one is you need to confront that you might be holding on to your suffering in some way, shape, or form. Now, I think you've already done that by looking at your true agenda, and also examining what are all the wonderful things of life that you've sacrificed and keeping your agenda in place. So confronting that is kind of step one. Step two, is to become aware of that impact of not healing. So knowing what is the actual cost of of not, you know, healing and not moving on and suffering and going through this pain.
So I hope you've seen that from the exercise that we've just gone through so that you can make sure you hit that on the head. The next step is to educate yourself on what it takes to heal and that's the kind of next part of this program. Step four is going to take focused action and concentrate quite heavily on the healing. Tip five is to take decisions on a day bases to heal until you reach what we call momentum. So what we want to do is every single day you're taking positive steps toward healing. You figured out what there is to do and every day you're taking those steps and then you will reach what we call momentum.
The minute you start hitting momentum, it will lead to breakthroughs in your healing.
