Right, so to get going, let me tell you a bit about how you can get the most out of this course and exactly what it is that you're going to get out of this course itself. Alright, so this program has been designed in a very specific way. So please follow all the videos in order and that they're in and make sure to compete any or all of the exercises as you move along, of course. So use all the material, do all the exercises and stop the video when we recommend to do that and work in your workbook and do the exercises as we recommend. By the end of this course, you will have learned all about false healing and the way the mind tricks us into thinking we've healed when we haven't, plus the impact that these tricks can have on our lives. The next thing you're going to learn about is what your true agenda is and why you've been choosing to suffer for so long and I use the word choosing to suffer very specifically.
So you might find that chapter quite interesting. We're also going to talk about what real healing is actually all about. And we're going teach you all about emotions, the rollercoaster of emotions and how to kind of tame those and how our mind tricks us into avoiding dealing with emotions plus how to process them when they do arrive. I'm also going to teach you the difference between the grief healing cycle and the healing healing cycle. So the the grief cycle and the healing cycle and exactly how those two look and how they intersect with each other. Also, you know, learn how the brain processes trauma and how our hormones and neurotransmitters make us go haywire.
And how to calm those erratic behaviors through changes in your diet. I'm also going to basically debunk this myth that time somehow heals the wound time doesn't really do anything, it just passes. So it's what you do with that time actively that makes the difference. I'm going to teach you about how to deal with your family and friends powerfully how to handle your ex whether or not you have kids together, and how to deal with people that are very angry outbursts in your life, particularly your ex was going to teach you how to cope with your kids and help them with the trauma and how to do better Have a good parenting plan with your ex, and how to ensure you don't destroy your career during your breakup and what to do if you feel very emotional at work. So it's a pretty packed course. Lots of stuff to get on with.
