So coming back after that exercise should have given you some relief and a release of pain that's inside you. Did you feel that? Yeah, feel some of that and get some people appreciating you and loving on you. Yeah. So, because you'll be watching this online and you won't be hanging out with each other. What I'm going to suggest you do if you're watching online, is to look in the mirror.
If you're feeling sad or upset, or doing this exercise, go into the mirror, and then say to you in the mirror, that you are sorry, you just talk to yourself. It's it's good in a positive way. I'm really sorry. Watch yourself in the mirror and talk. I'm sorry, you injured that. I'm sorry you suffered.
I'm sorry that your mother hurt you, your father beat you, whatever it is and just keep talking to yourself and look yourself in the eye in the mirror. And then you'll go through a healing process to do that exercise when you need to do it on your own. You've just got to be proactive and start recognizing when your issues come up. Great. And hopefully, now you're getting some ideas of how your past which is, remember all the emotions, or all of those things in your childhood have been sitting in here inside You were taking away when trying to neutralize them and ship the negative the black ones. That's what we're trying to do, because the universe is answering the vibration, which is everything that's in there.
And people as you can see haven't been looking in. That's why we've got to look in. So we can fill it up with the white notes and emotions. So then the universe will respond to that.
