If you're in a real bind, and you're in the woods somewhere, maybe your cell phone, it's whatever keyboard is handy. That's the best thing to make a document.

Generally, with a bigger camera some sort of camcorder, but I can't recommend anyone bread the brands change constantly. better ones come out every day. And the more important issue frankly, the audio, the lighting, much more important than the camera because cameras these days are pretty much all perfectly fine.
