Now you had to make a judgment call. If you have a lot of time, or at least some time and the person still isn't doing this, I would do another interview and let them know we're not going to go to the next step. You're not leaving here till we get to the point where you answer the question. You hit all three message points in every single answer. You may do it, two, three, you may do it for time, it doesn't matter as long as you get to the person to the point where they can actually do that. Now, if you've only got 15 minutes and you're on the way to the interview, you have to truncate this obviously, you're gonna have to do this in an abridged fashion.
That that is the next step. Ideally, you don't progress to the next part of the training until you see they've truly mastered the ability to answer questions in a strategic focused way and not get themselves into trouble and to bridge back to all three messages every time
