Ideally, now you figured out how to make one improvement. You now have a system in place to refine yourself, improve yourself. So now the next thing is you have to keep practicing on video, your messages, your statements, your sound bites, ideally answering questions to looking at it. Each time figuring out one thing you don't like, do less of that. Figure out what you do like and do more of that. Don't just look at the negative, look at the positive and try to do more of it.
But you have to keep doing it again. And again and again. People ask me all the time, what's the perfect number? Is it three? Is it five? The perfect numbers, as many as it takes until you're happy with how you look?
Could be one or two times. Could be 22 times. I've had clients where they did it 107 In detox, there's no magic number other than the magic happens when you've done it to the point where you look at it, and you think, wow, I can do half as well as that.
