Says good to be honest. Should I just tell the anchor or the host is interviewing me on TV radio, I'm nervous. Now you should. You don't want sympathy from your audience. You want them focused on the messages you have to help them help their business out there. Bottom line out there health, whatever it is you're doing.
Presumably you're trying to help someone else if you're on a TV program or radio program or giving a speech where their video cameras around. So don't talk about poor little me. Aren't I uncomfortable or nervous? It's self indulgent. focus on delivering ideas of interest to your audience. Don't talk about yourself.
Get people to care about you first, then later on after the show, then you can talk about it.
