So can nature be a healing influence to people sounds like Absolutely. So the most dramatic example I have of that is that when I worked in the hospital at the cancer unit I remember once maybe twice where I went home and something was attached to me it was either like an entity or someone's a negative thought forms but whatever it was, I took it home with me and and I could recognize it because I felt dizzy. I felt nauseous I didn't feel right you know, and something was way wrong. Or you know, maybe not way wrong but wrong enough and so somehow I discovered I don't know how I figured this out but I was I took I went the next day still feeling not good like this thing is attaching but not fully knowing aware what it was, and I went up to this little town called At the base of Mount Baker, and there's a river that runs off Mount Baker called the North Fork of the nut sack, and the North Fork of the nut sack comes off glaciers and so it's like it's very pristine glacial water and there's probably you know, some of the cleanest water definitely in this part of the world.
And so really high nature live right. What I did this particular day is that I went down to the banks the North Fork and then look second sat on a rock I took my shoes off and I stuck my feet in this freezing cold water. And what happened is that whatever I was carrying with me let go and I could feel it drain out my feet and go down the water. And so it was like, is like all sudden you're dizzy, nauseous, you don't feel good, and all sudden you're you're fine. And so is is almost instantaneous. And so what I noticed is that I could do that whenever I was feeling off, you know, so this pristine glacial water has this healing capacity.
So later on I would go through a divorce and I would go back to this place like it was not only cleansing but a healing he would take my my feelings of grief and take them down the streams are actually quite spectacular. Yeah, go to go on to the next act Yeah. Which is where I learned to kayak by the way. Healing waters
