It’s day 5 of your 15-day journey, well done for getting this far. Here’s a reminder of what you need to do today:

1. Meditate for 10 minutes (if you’ve found keeping up with your meditations difficult, please don’t be hard on yourself, The New Beginnings meditation reminds us we can always start fresh)
2. Make an everyday task mindful (try to dial-up the volume on all of your senses as you do your task today)
3. Practice letting unhelpful thoughts be by de-fusing with them (read more about de-fusion on your days 1-5 cheat sheet)
