It’s day 8 of your 15-day journey. Here’s a reminder of what you need to do today:
1. Meditate for 10 minutes a day (try the 10-minute meditation: Balloon).
2. Train your ability to notice the emotions you’re experiencing using the ‘Name it’ technique. Remember to set a reminder on your phone to pause 3 times a day and name the emotion or feeling you're experiencing.
3. Train your ability to cope with the emotions you’re experiencing – even the uncomfortable ones – using the ‘RAIN’ exercise: Recognise what you're feeling. Allow it to be there without resistance. Investigate what the feeling is like. See if you can non-identify with it.
