The next mistake I want to discuss with you is private accounts. Now, listen, there is nothing wrong with private accounts. But the problem is, if you use your Instagram for business, small business or entrepreneur of any kind, that's a mistake. And just the way it sounds private business on Instagram, well, there is something wrong with that. If your account is set to private, you will be showing your photo feed to your followers only. But first, you need to approve their requests to become your followers.
Let's have a look at the hypothetical situation here. an Instagram user comes and starts engaging with your content likes your photos. They've got a great bio as similar to the one we discussed earlier. But their account is private business account. And now the question is how How much likely would you be to follow them? Well, I don't know about you, but I wouldn't.
This line of reasoning lead me to believe that a private business Instagram account is a mistake. If you're doing something similar please reconsider.
