Learn how to apply this course. Regardless of how little time you have. My challenge in this video is to teach you how to find the time you need. In order to watch these materials, I want to assure you that we'll be able to keep up with them. I've structured the course in such a way that it's easy for you to understand and at the same time to apply all the information you learn. The essential elements you need in order to do this is to build the momentum.

To make a snowman, you start with a small snowball. To finish a project, you start by doing the first task. The momentum is the series of actions that come after you've completed the first task. If you continue with the second and the third ones, you will slowly build the base you need to finish your project. I challenge you to build this momentum by starting with the first step. The promise I asked you to my when you signed up for this course you had an objective that you wanted to reach With the help of everything you learned here, in order to do this, all you need to do is to keep walking towards your destination.

My aim is to guide you, I will offer you all the tools you need, and I will support you along the way, you will only have to keep walking. We live in the 21st century, the century of interruptions and emergencies, opportunities pass us by and we don't even notice them because you're too busy. To offer your maximum value without taking up too much of your time. I've structured the materials so that they can be studied by following the 555 rule. You have to carefully watch a five minute video without breaks or interruptions. So five minutes you need to dedicate to watching the video.

Next, you have a five minute break in order to think about what you just watched. The mistake most people do and that I've been I've also been guilty of is that we receive interesting materials and we start to work on them with excitement as soon as possible. money's gone, we abandon the project and go for the next shiny thing in our site. After you've watched the video spent five minutes to think of the concept you just learned, and how you could apply it in your life. Find the real example in which you could apply that specific concept. The last five minutes apply the concept or do the exercise in the video.

Why are there only five minutes for this part, however hard the concept is, if you don't have time to work on it, now, all you have to do is to write it in your to do list. I will apply concept x at least once when you get to the respective tasks, you will have to apply it. I also want to warn you if you do not apply the freshly learned concept. If you skip the five minutes of thinking, or if you take it easy for a while, you will only be observing the course and you won't get the results you're expecting. On the other hand, if you apply the 555 technique, I guarantee results. From the very first week, how can I guarantee that it's simple.

If you learn the concept, remember a moment in the past that you could have applied it in and write down the concept to apply it that very day. You will see for yourself how your day clears up, your week gets better and your life is less stressful. watch the first video and use the five by five technique to get started. Good luck and stay motivated.
