The simplest time management system, how would you feel if you had a to do list with only five tasks to do for today? Imagine coming to work and knowing that after you finish those five tasks on the list, that's it, you're done. You're free to do what ever you want, you probably feel very relaxed, stress free and even motivated, it would all be crystal clear. It is a simple system to use. And once implemented, it gets results. The three plus two system, take your current to do list and to three important and difficult tasks, which if you could finish today, you'd consider it a productive day.
The role is you only have two to three. So choose wisely. mark them all with one, one for the first task, one for the second and one for the third. Now to see two other tasks which are very important but a lot easier or quicker to do. Moghadam all we do. Now your list contains three difficult tasks and two easier ones.
All five tasks are important and probably Argent. Apart from this, you have the rest of your regular to do list. Your objective is that by the end of the day, you work on those five tasks and do bits and pieces of them. You can either finish them or not. What is the actual process? One, you get rid of the stress of an enormous list.
Even though you have a long list of tasks, you only have to do five of them too. You have the feeling you accomplished something which motivates you to move forward and frees you of the stress of thinking you have more work to do then you can take three, you clearly set your priorities for the day. You know what is important to you, and you work on it. For by comparing two evils you will choose the latter Sir one, however difficult it actually is. Normally, you might leave those five tasks for later. But when you have to choose from them one will seem easier than the other.
How to Apply the system a, take your current To Do List B to three difficult and important tasks and to easier but equally important, wise, see, work on them. And afterwards if you want to work on the others on the list, I use this system when I'm flooded with tasks. This way, I have a direction. I know that I'm working on what's most important to me. And when I'm not in the mood to work on a difficult task, I work on an easier one. Try this system for a week and notice how many things you managed to get done with it and where you bump into problems.
If it suits you. Keep it if it doesn't watch the following videos because I've got something else for you. Have a great day.
