The real way to get rid of your dependencies experiment. In the first videos, I asked you to figure out what your real To Do List looks like. I asked you to write down exactly how you spend your day emergency situations that appear tasks that you include on your list and what it is that prevents you from finishing them. I also asked you to come back to the site after three days and answer the survey under the video. If you haven't done it, please do so now because I want to know exactly what the habits they take up all your time are pressed pause as I answered the survey. Great.
Next, I will offer you the tools to get rid of this habit of the surveys that were answered until now I noticed there are generally three habits that prevent you from progressing and finishing your tasks. A you're constantly checking your email, procrastination style through which you postpone what you know you have to work on. While waiting for some easier tasks that you can quickly do, B, you're wasting time on browsing social websites or in other ways, procrastination style in which you choose to relax so that you can avoid working on complex projects. See, or wasting time watching TV shows or through other methods, another relaxation style. If you have a different habit that bothers you pointed out, either if you wait for easier tasks to come up, or you relax or waste time, these habits prevent you from finishing the tasks that you have to work on.
Now I want to show you some practical techniques that will help you reduce the impact of these habits. If you use such a habit as an excuse to get rid of a more difficult task, then we must make that task easier for you. For instance, if you want to start a business, but you watch soap operas instead of working on your goal, you probably think it's too difficult to do. What could you do Well reduce its difficulty. Here are three examples of difficult tasks. I'm writing my graduation paper, I'm starting a business, I want to save some money.
The first technique you can use to get rid of the habits that prevent you from doing this tasks. technique that I will present to in more detail in another video is to rethink the task and rephrase it into something that is doable on short term does the tasks become I'm writing my graduation paper becomes I will choose the title of my graduation paper. I'm starting a business becomes I will create a mental image of my business I want to save some money becomes I will verify what my major expenses of the months are. Now all of these tasks are doable. And if you have to choose between thinking of a title for your graduation paper and watching a TV show, it will be much Easier to make the right choice. Another technique that you could use, and that I mentioned in a previous video is to reduce the time you spend on your bad habit.
