In this session, we are going to talk about healing with crystals or the laying of the stones on the body. We've already spoken about different ways where we can incorporate crystals into our everyday life to allow the healing energy of crystals to bring more abundance into our life bring more happiness bring more protective qualities. I mean, the list goes on. But in this section, I just want to talk briefly about the traditional way of crystal healing. So, when we talk about crystal healing, I first want to indicate that if you are interested in offering crystal healing sessions, wonderful, I'm excited for you Congratulations. But you do want to check in with the state that you live about, you know, insurance reasons as well as a lot of states.

Have laws with touching other people for healing purposes. So, definitely check in with your state regarding that now, when we you know, when we offer crystal healing purpose, you know, crystal healing sessions, please know that you do not need to be a certified crystal healer in order to, you know, do a crystal healing session. But, you know, obviously, the more knowledge the better. But I do want to let you know that so, creating a client intake form is probably the first thing you want to do while you know offering crystal healing sessions and some of the questions that you might want to ask a prospective client is you know what healing opportunities brings you here today? What chronic health issues have you experienced in your life? If you've had surgery, where are you Your surgery sites?

Have you experienced any type of abuse self inflicted or otherwise? Do you have any pain? If you do, where would it be? What type of illnesses Have you most often experienced? What else do you think I should know? And questions like these will really help us discover the common chakra denominators.

So as we already went through the chakra navigation tool, it might be best to have that handy if you are doing this. I do have it handy when I do do crystal sessions, just because I noticed that there is definitely a lot of synchronicity regarding people's problem areas and a particular chakra. So having the chakra navigation tool handy would definitely help with doing crystal healing sessions, so Another thing that we want to do as well is really be open to receiving any sort of intuitive guidance regarding, you know, helping helping our clients. You know, sometimes we're just so focused on the laying of the stones that we don't realize that we're receiving some really great insight that might not make any sense, but will tremendously help and you know, help your client so just keep that in mind. Now, with crystal healing sessions, I really want to point out and I know that I sound like so annoying when I talk about this guys, but a prerequisite a prerequisite for any sort of healing session whether you are a Reiki Master, another different type of energy healer, you need to be grounded.

You are working with a lot of energy. And it's important for you to establish a connection, a connection to the earth. So you can, like I said before, you can always ground and protect using the guided meditation that's provided to you in a difference, a previous lecture in this course, or you could, you know, have a five minute meditation prior to any sort of healing work that you're doing. Or you can use stones that will help you ground. This is a really easy, fast and effective way that you can ground to the Earth's energy and what you can do is you can simply sit with a larger size Black Tourmaline or Tiger's Eye. So I'm not talking about the tumbled stones.

I'm talking about the nice big chunks of Black Tourmaline and Tiger's Eye, and you want one between your feet if you're sitting on a chair and one in your left hand. And you want to just get into that meditative quiet state while breathing through your nose. And out of your mouth for seven breaths. This is going to ground your energy tremendously.
