We live in an era of the Internet of Things, everything's on the internet, we are all highly connected every second. Here's a tip for you. If you want to be like really highly productive people, you need a daily digital detox. A lot more about this later on in the course. But just briefly, you need to either meditate, go for a long walk, do something where you're not even close to a cell phone or a computer. I'm personally not a big fan of meditation, but many of the most successful highly productive people in the world meditate.
And when they do it, they're not checking their email and their text. All the electronics are what clears the brain and it makes you so much more productive. I personally go for a walk each day for at least an hour. I leave this at home. And I'm forced to actually think you want to boost your productivity for your professional life, your business, your career and your personal life. Give yourself on interrupted time to actually think with no digital or electronic zapping in your brain for at least an hour a day.
Seems like it's a hard thing to carve out. It actually will make every minute the rest of the day you have much more productive
