What time of day? Are you most productive? I mean, the exact moment now, ideally, it's several hour period. But what is the start time of when you are most productive for me and this doesn't sound cool at all. It's 6am. Now that I'm a little older, shall we say I wake up early, I wake up at 535 sometimes six, but I'm not a late sleeper, regardless of what time I go to bed.
So for me that the beginning time in the morning is when I'm at my freshest. I can think clearly I can be creative. Those are my most productive hours before lunch. So that's the time for me to be thinking big thoughts, writing, dictating, creating courses. What is the best time for you, you might say 2am midnight, there's no one perfect time. right time, in general, but there is for you, it's critically important that you isolate this so that you can then try to build your schedule around that as much as you can.
I understand, you work for a big company and you have a set schedule, you might not have as much freedom to do that. But even within that situation, you can still figure out one of your most productive and scheduled meetings away from that time. If need be. So you can have your absolute prime thinking times creativity times free for the important task at hand. So here's what I want you to do. Write down for me in the q&a section.
What time of day or what block of day. Are you most successful, some people in life, sad to say or just productive at different time they're night owls, they're productive 7pm to 11 and they were asleep at all the meetings in the morning. They've either got to find a different work situation or a different industry, otherwise their productivity can't be as acknowledged and is rewarded. So, write down your time right now if you don't know, really think about it, do some research, do some testing and try to figure out when are you at your most productive
