This tip relates to the last tip. Now if you're going to limit your entertainment, to say 90 minutes a day, I'd like you to carve out at least 30 minutes a day, preferably more, but at least 30 minutes a day, where you're actively learning something new. Reading a book, watching a YouTube video that isn't entertainment based, taking an online course, like this. watching a documentary where you're really going to learn something important. Try to do something where you're learning about something new, something that interests you, it doesn't have to be about making money or highly specific to your main profession. But it needs to be about something that takes you away from just the news of the day, the sporting results of the day and isn't purely entertainment.
As you do that. You will build intellectual capital. You'll become much smarter you will know more and you'll have more to draw upon when it comes to productive activities and every other aspect of your life.
