Imagine you bought your dream car, it's a $100,000 car, or someone just gave it to you. Do you think you'd take the time to change the oil? Or would you just run it dilla ran out of oil and destroy the engine. You probably fix the oil, you get proper maintenance, you would care for this valuable thing. Here's the thing, highly productive people view their body is infinitely much more valuable than $100,000 car or a million dollar car. Here's your body is the infrastructure of your productivity is your factory.
Someone gave you a $15 million car factory or computer factory. You wouldn't just tell people don't bother repairing the roof. Don't bother with any sort of cleaning or security just let it run itself into the ground. You wouldn't do that you would protect and preserve this valuable asset. This infrastructure, this $50 million factory you have productive people view their body the same way. Because ultimately, your office is your brain, and your brain is a part of your body.
So if you don't take care of your body, nothing else matters. You've heard that it's a cliche, you don't need me to say that. But many people simply don't treat their body with respect. So there's a lot of different types of health care in the world. And I'm certainly not going to get into specific diets of you must have, you know, eight ounces of spinach, not that specific, but I do want to give you general trends that I see wildly successful people follow and you could perhaps adapt some of those as your own. Why else is your health so important?
Because if you had to spend time going to the doctor, it's lost productivity if you have to spend time In the hospital, that's lost productivity, the ultimate and lost productivity. from a personal standpoint, dying. Certainly dying 510 1520 or 50 years earlier than you need to because of how you've taken care of your body is the ultimate in loss of personal productivity. Let's dive in.
