If you're like the way I've been most of my life, and the way so many people are when we have free time we get up in the morning, at night, lunch free. We're watching news, we're reading news. I'm not asking you to tune out and not know anything about the world.
But limited focus. If you're not a full time journalist, or you're not in the news business, you don't have to know every single news story, my recommendation, find one or two or at most three trusted news sources you respect in a text format because it's so much faster and saves you time and limit your time. News consumption to just 30 minutes a day. This is going to free up massive amounts of time for you to be more productive at work at home, your personal life. Exercise, you're going to have so much more time you have more time to read, learn new things, for your career, for your passions and for your hobby. So, for right now, limit it to 30 minutes a day.
