Highly productive people like to be as entertained as anyone else. I like to be entertained, but highly productive people put things in proportion to many people all over the world. In more successful economies quite often come home from a day of work, have dinner. It's 630 they turn on the news, sports and entertainment channel. They just sit in front of the TV until 1130 at night, that's five hours a night quite often just on watching mindless entertainment. Now, I have no problem with mindless entertainment.
I consume mindless entertainment. But my suggestion to you is have some limits. Try to put a focus of 90 minutes on entertainment. That's more than enough time to watch almost any movie and I'm not suggesting if it's 110 minute movie, you don't see the final 20 minutes. But I do want you to really think about limits. As opposed to, I've got a whole evening I just want to venture out and four or five, six hours of entertainment.
There are other things you could be doing with that time. I can help you be more productive and enrich your life.
