One last word about diets highly productive successful people. By and large, don't go on diets, they certainly don't chase fad diets, they're not looking for some quick gimmick, some easy solution. They're not looking for a magic green pill. They don't just tell themselves I'll never eat red again, as long as I live. What they do is they come up with a system for eating the right amount of food, the right number of calories with the right amount of fresh vegetables, fruit and protein to sustain their body weight and they get the right amount of exercise. Are they less than perfect?

Sure, do. They occasionally have a tummy rub? Sure. But by and large, they come up with a system of eating that works with them not in some ideal situation where they can be around a blender and a magic Shake every day for the rest of their life. It's something that works for them. No matter where they are, no matter where they're traveling, no matter how busy their work schedule is, they figure out a way of eating the right amount of healthy food that they need to sustain their body.

Because of that, fad diets don't interest them. They don't have the time for it. They don't have the interest in it and they don't have to worry about the constant yo yo dieting.
