Productive people don't find time to exercise. It's just something that is so important. It's on their schedule. It's on their calendar every day. Why is this because they realize without exercise, the body will weaken, and your quality of life will go down, your productivity will go down. So it's not an extra, it's not something you do if you get all caught up or in a perfect world of all your tasks are done, or if you get out early.
It's something that is a part of your daily life. And maybe it's something really rugged like mountain climbing. Maybe it's something as simple as just walking on a treadmill. There are many, many different types of exercise. The main thing is, you find something you actually enjoy enough to the point where you do it every day. That's the key thing.
Whether you're running whether you're jogging, playing tennis, Whatever it is, it's got to be something that you're willing to do. It does no good to get all excited and get some new video that you're going to look at for 30 days and never look at again it does no good to find some new piece of exercise equipment because it had a sexy model on it in the infomercial. And now you don't use it after two weeks, you've got to find an activity that will give you some form of physical workout that you actually enjoy. That's what successful people do. Could be biking. Could be taking their dog for a long walk.
