Okay, welcome to the meditation that's going to align and clean our chakras out. Then we're going to call up the Kundalini and that will hopefully raise our vibration and prepare us for a spiritual awakening. So we're gonna dive right into this meditation. And all they ask you to do is to close your eyes and begin to relax. To go ahead and take a deep breath and exhale and again as you inhale and exhale lucky to release any concern, any heaviness? Any troubling thoughts or concerns.
Just breathe and relax. A couple more times, breathe down all the way to your toes. allow your body to become so heavy It feels like it's not even there. Just continue to breathe and to relax. To let go. If you can, I'd like you to imagine yourself walking down path.
Easy. Relax. Almost as if you're floating down the path, it's relaxing as you go. Breathing without effort. peaceful and relaxed, calm and peaceful and in the distance there's a place you've been wanting to go for quite some time. It's a place where you can go to feel comfortable in our lives very safe.
And it's a place where you can go to connect with higher parts of yourself to expand beyond the physical day to day world to reach for the miraculous all centered in your being just continue down this path and we're this path leads to a meditation chamber history And as you enter, you can see that this place has been divinely prepared with a beautiful view and it's very comfortable. The meditation chair and pillows beautiful It's very quiet, very peaceful. A place where you can relax and settle in the very depth of your being the very center of who you are to embark on this meditation of growth, elevated awareness and raising your crying vibration to connect in with the source of all that is Make yourself comfortable in the seated position where you're as light as air, relaxed kept fully aware As we begin our meditation so what I would ask you to do is to gently place your focus and your awareness on the base of your spine.
In your root chakra imagine or visualize the color red, in the center of your security, your tribe, your family, where you are grounded and if anything comes up that is related part of your being crap from your past allowed to come up and to be released to the resonating vibration of your root chakra. Now take a deep breath and as you exhale I would like your awareness to move up your spine into your second chakra just below your navel and visualize the color corner This is the center For your creativity or your sexuality and for your abundance and if anything comes up related to this area of your consciousness just allowed to come up and to be released. Continuing to visualize the color orange just below your navel. Breathing became very aware of that vibration may vibrate. It may be subtle or it may be very obvious pre empting your second chakra As you continue to breathe and as you exhale I would like your awareness to move up into your third chakra in the area of your stomach, your solar plexus.
Visualize the color yellow and all the yellow light is the home of your will. Your Power Authority If anything comes up in relation to that area of consciousness, just allowed to come and allow it to release. visualizing your third chakra once again as you exhale move your awareness into your heart tear for the shocker Colors are green and pink. This is the area of connectedness, beauty, harmony and if anything comes up in relation to those areas of consciousness let it come on. Let it be released, visualizing and becoming aware of the fourth chakra pink and or green vibration So breathe in once again. And as you exhale while you're on your awareness to fall in your fifth chakra, your throat, your shoulders.
This is the color blue. This is the area of communication, speaking your truth and if anything comes up in regard to those areas of consciousness, allow it to come up and allow it First thing our attention on the fifth chakra energy of the three. Breathe once again. And as you release your breath into your awareness between your thighs and your forehead, they hurt your third eye visualizing a ball of indigo blue bar gemstone. This is the area of vision. psychic awareness planning.
Seeing if anything comes up in regard to these areas of consciousness allow it to do so analytical visualizing Indigo Breathing in once again. And as you breathe out, allow your awareness to shift to the top of your head. This is your crown chakra, or your seventh chakra. This is the area that connects you to your divinity. your higher self, to your version of God to all that is into the life force itself. And here we have the colors of brilliant white light, golden light, or violet by.
So focus your attention on the top of your head. anything comes up in regard to these areas of consciousness Come on America. visualizing divine light. As you continue to breathe. I'd like you to become aware of all of your chakras. All of the resonating balls of energy of light the base of your spine, the top of your head.
Red, orange, yellow, green and pink, blue, indigo blue, brilliant white light, white light or golden light and allow all those balls of energy to begin to connect. To you can feel a continuous stream of energy from the base of your spine to the top of your head. Just continue to breathe. subtle energy or maybe strong energy. We're going to focus our root chakra On the red light and to see the Kundalini potential energy stored, the base of our spine and then through sound, we're going to call this energy up through our other chakras to connect to our higher self. And as you hear these sounds I want you to not only listen to the sound but the feel the sound resonating in your body as a cost the Kundalini up through your spine.
Just relax and listen to the sound Just continue to breathe and relax and to gently focus on your experience. Allow yourself to absorb that experience fully. And to realize this experience may go with you after this meditation for the hours ahead, maybe for the days to come. And you can revisit this experience by listening to this meditation as this prepares you for a spiritual awakening Just go ahead and breathe and relax. taking it all in as deeply as you can to realize there is no hurry, take your time. But when you feel like the time is right and when you feel like you're ready can release this meditation.
