In this course, we are going to look at change from all perspectives. This will include:

• Corporate initiatives that require careful consideration of change management principles
• Challenges of implementing change.

We will also look at change from the perspective of the employee, after all, it's they for whom we need to change for the organization to be successful. And we develop an approach to enable that to happen successfully. Finally, we will look at the way that organizations are adapting to continuous change by changing aspects of their organizational structure.
