The last selling technique we will discuss is that always create a higher product option for the product option which is your target for sale. target for highest sale, every product option is a target for sale but when the product option which you want to target for the highest amount of sale, always create a higher option than that in the offerings. Now I give you an example. When we used to sell our projects we used to sign up by AMC. Initially we had a AMC plan where we said these are basic AMC plan and enhanced AMC plan near an AMC plan included things like foreign on site travels, etc. a limited number of times.

Now our target was to always sell the enhanced AMC plan. But however, we were not able to do that as the customers used to end up taking the basic AMC plan only. So we redesigned the AMC plan and we created three MC plants now one we said copper silver and gold. The Silver was basically To be the same as the enhanced plan and the couple was the same as the basic plan and we created a higher option called the gold option which had more number of facilities as compared to the enhanced plan or the silver plan. The result was that we found that now customers are buying the silver plan much more and even a few of them were buying the gold plan, very few and almost negligible were buying the copper plan. So this is proof that when we have higher options given to the customer, they will tend to take the target option more easily as compared to the if he did not have this higher option.
