So negative ideas are the seed cause for all your unhappiness for your negativities for all your fears. So simply speaking to transform the suffering states of the mind, we have to transform the negative ideas it is not okay to their potential ated ideas. It is okay and to complete This journey we have to develop self acceptance. And there are many ways to develop self acceptance.
But today I want to teach you the greatest absorption technique which can help you to complete that journey easier. The creative absorption technique is about understanding that when we hate someone, it simply represents that we lack that part, which we hate. For instance, when we hate our managers for being too strict or too organized, it represents that we lack organization skills, that we lack strictness, because we always hated that part of ourselves as well. For instance, where we hate our friend for being too arrogant, that simply represents that we lack arrogance, because we're always hated that part of ourselves. So the greatest absorption technique not only helps you to find what you lack, it makes the spiritual journey easier to see, to see the greater work that we have to do inside to balance ourselves. Now the creator's absorption technique is not about becoming what we hate, for instance, to become a strict person to become an arrogant person, the greater work has done through achieving this at the level of the mind to accept that it's okay to be arrogant.
That's okay to be organized. And this will help you greatly because oh traits of the cells have been efficient when it's balanced. For instance, organization skills can help you to become less cluttered, to be more their route to become more efficient. For instance, arrogance. Having arrogance can help to complete lack of self confidence. All traits are beneficial if it's balanced.
So through understanding this technique, it can also help to pull you out of the negativity of the mind to hate a person for being a particular way. Because it simply represents what you lack. And then you can change the focus towards yourself to focus on completing that lack. Let me share with you an experience. I used to have a friend who used to be super arrogant, he'd always say things that's wrong, and he'd always be confident about it. Well, on the other hand, I would only say things when I'm confident that I'm right.
I hated their part of them. But I always questioned why I can't accept them. And through my journey of trying to accept them, I realized that I was simply hating them. That part of myself, and as I work through it, I learned to forgive myself more. When I made a mistake, I learned to develop self confidence. So, I absorbed wisdom and learned from the person that I hated.
So, the creator's absorption technique can help you to become more enlightened to become more aware of what you need to work within. Now, how do we practice the creator's absorption technique? Now, when you encounter negative ideas towards oppression that you hate, for instance, it is not okay to be selfish things simply tell yourself that if that person efforts first tell yourself to accept that person, it is okay to be selfish. Of course, you will encounter in the resistance to not want to exceed that person. And when you encounter this inner resistance to yourself It is okay for that person to be selfish. It is okay for me to be selfish as well.
So the declaration would be something like this. If it is okay for someone to be a certain way, it is okay for me to be a certain way. And this will help to pull yourself out of the negative state of mind of anger of hatred. And this, this catalyst works greatly with forgiveness when you try to forgive someone.
