Welcome back to my course on energy. And in this video we're going to talk about how your thoughts can heal your body. Now, there's a lot of cases that you can find about how people have used the power of their mind to get positive results in their body, their energy and their life. You only have to look at cases such as Brandon Bayes, for example, is a woman who had a football sized tumor in her stomach, and she intuitively knew that she could work her way through it. And through the surgeons were trying to get her in the hospital, but she refused to do it because she worked on herself on energy on her thoughts, her mind and her mood in order to reduce that tumor with the power of her mind. So, there's so many cases like this around the world but because the world tends to be addicted to negativity, it's very rare that we hear these stories.

But my understanding of this happened why before I became a nurse why before I studied as an energy practitioner, I used to play football for Sunday morning team. Now, we were in the very lowest Sunday league so bad that we couldn't get relegated because there was no where lower to go. There were six divisions above us, and we were the sixth division. And not only that, we were playing for pediatric hospital. That was our home ground. So there I was playing for Harpers Ferry hospital.

And people used to come out every now and again patients and staff and these were our home crowd. That was a very cold day on day and I noticed One of our players went down, he fractured bone in his foot. And one of our guys on the side he ran out with this bucket and sponge. This was our entire medical kit, a bucket and sponge was a cold day, he ran up to the guy, he pulled out this dripping wet sponge, and he put it right in his nether regions. That is gonna be that's gonna wake you out. I don't think I've seen people's eyes open as wide as I saw with this guy.

And then he took the sponge away and I thought to myself, how could that possibly help him with his squat? Until he put the sponge back in the bucket, pulled it out dripping wet, and said Are you okay? Or do you need another one? I've never seen anyone get up so quick in my life. And he played the rest of the game with a fractured foot rather than get the second sponge. So two weeks later I turned up it was my turn like fell over.

It had been so cold the night before that that pitch had been churned up the day before. And it's frozen overnight. So they were jagad particles of mud that been iced over. So icy and cold that when I fell over, not only did I hurt my foot, but I cut the back of my thigh on this icy mud. So there was blood dripping down. I was in agony and my foot I was rolling around in pain.

And then I suddenly rolled around and I saw this guy running towards me with this icy bucket, this ice cold water and the sponge and I thought there's no way I'm getting that treatment. And I never got up so quickly in my life and recovered so quickly. Now I was in pain. But I wasn't going to let him know that because I didn't want the sponge. And he came up he says look, you're bleeding. Let me get the sponge on it.

Yeah, I started running in the other direction. Saying wanted. So I had a very real experience of how our mind can be a powerful thing with the correct motivation. And if you have the correct motivation to want to feel better, to want to improve your life, to use your thoughts to heal your body, you can do it just by believing it's possible. And you don't even have to believe it's possible. You only have to do the exercises that I tell you, because I didn't believe it was possible when I first went on this journey, and I still got the results.

So you do the exercises you ground yourself, you connect with the energy from above and below you see white light coming through your body and you just allow that to happen. It helps to deepen your breathing because you'll feel better. Do that exercise now. Just sit down, ground yourself. Breathe deeper, visualized white light going through your body and just sit there and allow wait to go wherever it needs to go in your body to feel better.
