A lot of people ask me, they say to me, Adam, look, there's some days I wake up, I don't want to do anything. Fortunately for you, I've had a few of these days, and I've found a system that works for me, effortlessly. And if you're having a really bad day, and you've got no energy at all, you can even do it from bed with your laptop or your phone. You think five people that have helped you in your life that you appreciate that you love. And you either call them you send them a text, or you write them an email, and you tell them how much you appreciate them and then being in your life. I did this once.
And I wrote to all of my friends. And before I even finished sending the fifth message. I was getting answers back from people saying thank you, so much for this, I was having a really bad day. And you just made me feel better. And I felt so inspired by this, that I leapt out of bed and I was ready to go. You can do that I want you to write down the five people in your life that make the biggest impact.
Biggest difference. Now you might know them, you may even not know them. But write to them, get on their Twitter feed, get somewhere and just say thank you. You've really helped me on my journey. And I really appreciate you being in my life. If you do that, your energy will change.
And not only that, you'll start positively influencing other people's energy. To do that now write down those five names, write a letter or make a call of appreciation to them and notice how your energy shifts.
